Munro Plastering – family-owned and Perth-based with 15 years’ experience – is looking for skilled plasterers and plastering teams to join our growing business. We have a long run of work across small and large projects, including new builds, renovations, and maintenance.
What we’re looking for:

Experienced plasterers or teams who take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail

Skilled in internal plastering, float & set, sandfinish render, external float & texture
-
Own transport and a valid White Card

Ability to provide photos of past work

Team Lead / Experienced Plasterer
Munro Plastering is seeking an experienced plasterer / team lead to join our family business. This role is perfect for someone with strong plastering skills who is also well-presented, organized, and capable of supervising teams when needed.
​
Responsibilities:
-
Quoting jobs and assisting with project planning
-
Inspecting and checking completed work to ensure quality standards
-
Patching, plastering, and float, set, sandfinish render, external float & texture tasks as required
-
Running teams and coordinating work when the business owner is busy

What we’re looking for:

Extensive plastering experience and a professional approach
-
Strong experience with internal plastering, float & set, sandfinish render, external float & texture
-
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
-
Own transport and a valid White Card
-
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
